registered card in order to receive any refund under
any circumstances.
Accepting Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can
return The City Discount Card in its original
condition with the original packaging within 60 days
for a refund of exchange. (Shipping and handling
fees are not refunded). Items received after 60 days
from date of receipt will not be accepted. Refunds
are processed within 60 days of receipt.
Return and Exchange Form
If you need to make a return please download the

available as a PDF. PDF (Portable Document Format)
files allow forms to be used and downloaded by
clients internationally and from various computer
platforms with a minimum of fuss and hassle.

Return and Exchange Instructions
- Repack the item in the original packing
materials and send it in a PROTECTIVE package.
We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or
damaged due to unsecure packaging. Always
return the entire item or set for a replacement
or refund.
- Complete a Return slip that will be emailed
to you upon request. It must be filled out in
full, including your reason for the return or
exchange and all other information necessary to
process your refund promptly. (Note:
There will be a $3.95 processing fee in addition
to shipping and handling fees for all
items. This fee will be charged via credit card
and or check.)
- Save a copy of the pack slip for your
records.
- To send your package, use the address on the
included return slip and ship via postal mail.
If you are shipping by your own UPS or FedEx
account please call directly for a physical
address at (800) 749-1011.
- Ship the package insured and prepaid via
U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Save your shipping
receipt until you receive your refund. If your
package is not insured and you do not have proof
of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund
for packages lost in transit.
- Credits to a credit card will be immediately
applied upon processing to the original credit
card, but may not appear on your statement for
one to two billing cycles.
- If the item is a gift it is important that
the order number be written on the
citydiscountcards.com return slip. As with any
purchase, the gift recipient may not receive a
refund. Only the original purchaser
- Exchanges received after 60 days will not be
processed, and may result in additional fees.

expectations. However, if you aren't completely
satisfied, we're pleased to offer a thirty (60) day
return policy on all purchases.
No purchase at citydiscountcards.com is complete
until you're completely satisfied. You can
return unsatisfactory items to us within thirty (60)
days of the shipping date for the full purchase
price, minus shipping and handling fees.
Items that have been used, damaged, and/or
altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
Special order items (bulk) may only be
returned within 5 business days of receiving your
order. Please inspect your products carefully
upon receipt and contact a representative
immediately at (800) 749-1011 should you have any
questions or need to return or exchange the item. In
order to be accepted package must be postmarked
within 5 days of receipt. Make sure to send by track
able/insured mail. Special order (bulk) items may
not be returned after 5 business days of receipt.
Refund Processing
All requests will be processed after our returns
department inspects and verifies the condition of
the item. Returns and exchanges can take
approximately 15-30 business days to process upon
receipt of the item. Please attempt to return
every item with all of its original materials. If

Damaged or Defective Items - At
citydiscountcards.com we are confident that you will
be satisfied with your purchase, however, in the
event that you receive a damaged or defective item
please call us at (800) 749-1011 and a customer
service representative will be happy to help you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item and
would like to return it, you may do so within
five days as long as the item's tag is still
attached. Removal of the tag indicates that you have
inspected and are pleased with the item.
Citydiscountcards.com will not issue credit for an
item that is returned without the original tag still
attached.
